Social Dinner

    • Milanese Risotto (i.e. with saffron) made with casorett beer
      • [V/VE: vegetarian/vegan version of the Milanese risotto]
    • Goulash “alla Lambrate” with polenta
      • [V: Polenta with porcini mushrooms and toma cheese]
      • [VE: Polenta with porcini mushrooms]
    • 2 drinks (beer / soft drinks / wine)
    • Water and coffee
